i cant play using minecraft launcher although i already have a account (microsoft)

i claimed java edition 2 days ago but i cant use my minecraft account(microsoft) to play minecraft, i mean, logged and then minecraft launcher said "oh no somethings went wrong and we couldn't connect to the minecraft service, try again" , i clicked try again but nothings happened, i clicked try again 1 more time and it still nothings happened, i tried reset and repair minecraft launcher by using app settings but yeah, the issue still happened. please help me
