i already own minecraft bedrock edition, but i cant claim minecraft java edition

i launch minecraft launcher and saw "you already own bedrock, get java edition as a bonus!", then i click redeem, it open chrome and redirects me to the website "https://aka.ms/JavaBedrockEdition?ref=launcher", then i dont see anything, its loading, loading and loading (you can see it in the Attachment), and then about 30 seconds, it said "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found". thats all. please help me
