Minecraft Launcher does not let me to install Minecraft Windows

When I try to play the Windows 10 Edition it doesn't let me to install it. I have tried to re-install the launcher again but that didn't solve my issue. I own a copy of the Java Edition which I can play without any problems, so I wanted to take advantage of the both versions but the launcher doesn't let me to do it. If there is something I'm doing wrong please let me know, I'm totally unaware of the process of getting both versions. The launcher doesn't even ask me where would I like to install the Windows 10 version, it is just grayed out as you can see on the screenshot. 

Any help would be appreciated.
