Minecraft For Windows doesn't download. the luncher and microsoft store coudn't download it

I can't get Minecraft for Windows. Windows and microsoft store are all upto date. But the luncher and microsoft store is having problems with instaling minecraft for windows on my pc. 

Right from the start of the download it tells me its done downloading and right away sends me a error message saying can't download.
