The Java & Bedrock purchase message, when displayed along with the Realms profanity filter announcement, is partially positioned outside of the visible window

The bug

When the "Now Java and Bedrock are sold together!" message box is displayed along with the Realms profanity filtering message, the top box is displayed outside of the visible area of the Launcher.

How to reproduce

1. Sign into a Microsoft account in the Launcher that does not own Minecraft
2. Navigate to the Minecraft: Java Edition page
   One of the message boxes is positioned in such a way that it cannot be completely seen
