Unable to install/run Minecraft Bedrock Edition

After clicking the "Install" button, a non-clickable "Play" ("Играть") button appears.

I thought it was installing, just without a loading indicator, but I waited a very long time and in the end nothing happened, the launcher continued to be in this form without any changes (as shown in the pinned screenshot).

 

I tried these things in hopes of fixing it:

1. Clearing the token cache (Clean up cached account tokens).
2. Launcher reinstallation.
3. Installing all updates for my Windows 10
4. Installing the launcher from the Microsoft Store.
5. Restarting the PC.
