A new account can get the bedrock edition

I used the switch account in the launcher and switched to a brand new one without Java Edition or Bedrock Edition. When I finished the switch I noticed that the launcher said I already had the Bedrock Edition, also view in the official website account as well.I've tried twice and I presume this is a bug
