Launcher can't locate things in .minecraft folder, though it is still there.

When I loaded into the launcher, no installations or skins were there. I checked the .minecraft folder and they were still there. I re-installed 1.18.2 and no save files were there. Still in the folder. None of the files are corrupt, they just aren't loading.
