Minecraft for Windows is not available

Hi,

I'm trying to install Minecraft for Windows. I have installed version Java. One of the comment says, that I will be able to download version for Windows but I am not.

I'm trying to buy a Windows version (where location I provided is Poland) but there is "something wrong on server/our side".

I swithed location to USA, and it works but this is not a way.

 

Minecraft launcher works only for Java version. When I clicked to Win version it says it is not available.
