Launcher window often flickers rapidly when the loading animation is displayed

The bug

The launcher window often flickers rapidly after selecting the "Add Microsoft account" button in the Accounts tab, or when removing an account from the list of accounts. This is likely due to the fix of MCL-21249.

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Settings menu, and then to the Accounts tab
2. Select "Add Microsoft account"
