We are unable to launch or install Minecraft for Windows. Windows 10 Edition.

We are attempting to Launch Minecraft for Windows.  We pull up the Launcher, then click "Minecraft for Windows."  Then we click "Install."  Then it prompts us to chose a harddrive.  We have two internally mounted hard drives.  Our C Drive is almost full so we are attempting to install on our D Drive.  HOwever, the same thing happens when we attempt to install on our C drive.

 

We choose a drive, then click "Install."   It then says "waiting to install" and the bottom bar says "Idle" and nothing else happens.    Please help.
