Owning Java but not being able to own Bedrock as well

The bundle for being able to Own both Java and Bedrock isn't cooperating. I own Java and it states that I should be able to own Bedrock as well but every time I click the link to download Bedrock from the Minecraft Launcher, it loads and an error message appears stating this, "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase right now. Try again in a while" I am not quite sure what this means but I have tried multiple times throughout the past few days and still continues to display this message.
