Game does not launch

Every other time I launch the game, or click the "play" button, it doesn't launch. I'll click play, the green bar thing will reach the other side, and the Minecraft Game Output will launch. However, it'll get stuck, (for lack of a better word), on; Backend library: LWJGL version 3.2.2 build 10. And nothing else will happen. In the task manager, it says the game launched, and is running, but it never did. I should add that this can be "fixed" by restarting my computer, but that can get tedious and annoying. Anyone know how to fix this?
