Problem installing Minecraft Launcher

Hi,

I bought Minecraft several years ago and today I plan to reinstall the game after uninstalling it several months/years ago I know more... in short.

I download the file to install the game, I come across this interface (see attachment) I check the box (I accept the terms etc) and then install. Then there, the page bug, nothing happens and nothing settles...... 

How can we do that? 

I restarted my PC, closed the installation link several times... in short all possible solutions...
