Problems logging in to the Minecraft Launcher

Every time I open the minecraft launcher, the launcher session automatically closes and forces me to close it and reopen it, after opening it again it lets me log in, but when I log in it appears that I do not have any of the versions of minecraft purchased but after a while if it appears to me that I have Java and Bedrock edition purchased. Every time I open the launcher I get this problem.
