My Minecraft dosent enter My account in my Pc

So my brother gived me this acount on my birthday a long time ago

So lets go if i go to my pc and try to put acount into the acount in the site of minecraft that is  https://www.minecraft.ne it dosent go and if i go to the minecraft launcher it dosent enter if says that the pasword or the E-Mail is wrong but if i go to the mojang site that is https://account.mojang.com/login it says nothing just enters nomaly without a problem and if I go to my brother pc or my phone my account goes minaret in the site of Minecraft that is  https://www.minecraft.ne , can someone help me? please
