Minecraft Launcher no longer thinks i own minecraft java, i feel like i've been robbed.

I recently deleted the Minecraft Launcher app because the "Minecraft for Windows" option was "Unavailable" or whatever (p.s at this point in time, JAVA was working just fine). So after months of looking at this "Unavailable" button i decided to redownload the Minecraft Launcher on Minecraft.net . The "download" told me to continue on the Microsoft store because they were having trouble communicating with it (which isn't a surprise seeing as the Microsoft store is horribly buggy). I download the Minecraft Launcher again (after multiple tries) and now im seeing this see pic below. I'm now down one game and no tutorials online seem to help me nor have the same problem.
