Error with no Message on first install attempt then nothing and wont install

What I expected to happen was...:
The game should have directly installed to the selected drive

What actually happened was...:
It displayed error on first attempt, then after future restarts and install attempts, just greys out the play button and does nothing past that

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install from Microsoft store
2. Log in
3. Press install
