game crashes on fullscreen when streaming

i had a long conversation with a few people under 'minecraft expert support' and they had made me check a few things but nothing could get it fixed. while im streaming using any streaming application ive checked, and captured the game it crashes if i move the size of it or make it full screen

this has worked before, im not sure when it started but it was like a couple months ago now, and i dont remember what maybe i did to make it go weird.

as soon as i click on the game it takes a couple seconds flashes black a couple times then brings up error codes i havent managed to find these codes helpfull, the forums and links the people in the support to help. they were error code 1 and code -1073741819

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have obs open ready to capure the game
2. open minecraft and if it doesnt go full screen i click it obs or slobs automatically capture and then 2 seconds later it crashes.

 

this can be done another way of opening minecraft then the streaming service click capture the game
