MCL-21345"Version" pulldown does not respect "Snapshots" checkbox.
Version/Profile editor still displays Snapshot versions when the "Snapshots" checkbox is unchecked.
To reproduce:
- Uncheck "Shapshots"
- Create a new installation
- Click the Version pulldown and observer snapshots listed
