Launcher Keeps Saying Play Demo

Every time I open the Minecraft launcher, I'm left with "Play Demo" even though I migrated my Mojang account to my Microsoft account. AND I've paid for the game AGAIN to try to see if it would possibly help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now and I'm still left with "Play Demo". I just want to play the game I've now paid twice for.
