Minecraft account on microsoft keeps logging out automatic and takes a while to load.

When i start up my minecraft launcher it says "Sorry but we could't find your account information. Restart the launcher. 

But when i restart the launcher it just says it again, and when i login to microsoft it takes a while to load. And it wil first only let me play Demo so i have to press the try again button and then it takes a while to load again and then it will let me play the real game. 

Anyone know how to fix?

I already tried reinstalling but that wont work either.
