Migration FAQ is outdated

The bug

The Migration FAQ page within the Minecraft Launcher is outdated. For example, it still mentions that migration is not yet a requirement.

To reproduce

1. Select the profile in the top left corner -> Help -> Account Migration FAQ
   The article still mentions that migration is not yet a requirement
