"Sorry! We were unable to get your account information" error presenting after trying to login

hello, i have experienced a problem with minecraft launcher since i update it to 2.2.11105
my launcher cannot sign me in automatically, even i'm try all ways to repair
like reinstalling the launcher, deleting the launcher files on %appdata%\.minecraft.
nothing works
