Bug nel Launcher

I am having a problem with the Launcher.
When I open the Launcher you recognize my account only that to the right of the play button there is written "Player" and the Play button says "Play Offline".
If I click the button it tells me:
"OPS, it has occurred in error while connecting our servers".
But even if I remove and reconnect the connection, the Launcher does not start
I hope I have been understood.
