I can't connect in the new launcher

I can't use the new launcher (on ms store) because I can't connect to my microsoft account. When I click on connect with ms account it opens a window with my xbox account, I click on play and it fails, at the bottom of the launcher it's wrote "Oh no! An error has occurred and we couldn't connect to Microsoft services". The problems happens for 3 months, so I use the old launcher. Please solve the problem.
