Fails to authenticate anywhere

Hello, everytime I go on the launcher with my Microsoft account it says 

Oh no! Something went wrong and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services.

It has been doing this for a few days but everything still worked until now. When I try to play it plays the demo. Selecting a Mojang account does launch the normal game, but with both versions when trying to play multiplayer it says 

Failed to log in: Invalid session (Try restarting your game and the launcher)

Basically I am unable to go anywhere now except playing singleplayer. I've tried relaunching, relogging and restarting but nothing has worked.
