The launcher does not load

Sometimes the launcher does not start and remains gray. If it didn't start, it won't start after reinstalling or reopening, only after rebooting. Rebooting solves the problem for a while.

In launcher_cef_log.txt:

The GPU process has crashed 6 time(s)
Failed to launch GPU process.
CEF initialized successfully.
Network service crashed, restarting service. (The line is repeating while the launcher is running)
