New Launcher cannot install Windows Edition

Trying to install Minecraft Bedrock Edition through the new launcher produces an installation error with no obtainable error code or error log. evidence attached

I then tried a third party bedrock launcher to see if it was just the new launcher failing to acquire it through the store. Naturally, that failed too. I have attached the error log file that came from that installation attempt just in case it might shed some light as to what is happening.

I would love to get this fixed, I'm a Marketplace partner and I need to use this each day for work. I have tried many fixes, to no avail.
