minecraft launcher keeps loading

The minecraft launcher keeps loading indefinitely, the computer is compatible with the game because I had already used it for over a year, and it always worked, but since January 11, 2022 the launcher does not advance from the loading screen just to start it, I tried to restart the pc, reinstall the launcher, the Microsoft account and the purchase, I do not know if it is a problem of the pc or the game, and would like to find the solution to not lose the purchase.
