when we do all the steps to Uninstalling the Old Minecraft Unified Launcher

when we do all the steps to Uninstalling the Old Minecraft Unified Launcher the launcher does not open and when I download the windows 10 launcher still it does't open when I install the windows 7 version it it opens. So please fix this problem
