I cannot solve it at all the -2143322101 error code

I know there are a lot of videos which could help me, but these are not helpful. I am sorry if the solution is obvious.

 

My problem would be that when I try to download the launcher I get -2143322101 error code. I have the newest Windows updates and Nvidia driver on my computer. I bought the Java Edition in the past.

 

 I tried to solve it with Youtbe videos, but all of them said the same: log in the Microsoft Store and Xbox app with the same email address on which I have this game. I used to activate on the website, so it does not matter, this error in that case is not possible, but I did it. I tried to repair the files, reset and delete. Repeating the above several times did not improve the situation, even with computer restarts.

 

I played with this game earlier when I did not have any issue with the download or after it. When I deleted I did not try to download until now.
