I got a issue on my brand new mac air 2021 m1 998 $ my minecraft says download failed i dont know what to do pls help me i dont know but launcher says me to download all jar manually

PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE 

its with most mac users i dont know but it says me to download all stuff for tht launcher i mean then let me create a game cz i need to download all stuff manually so wts the work of your codings in the launcher .
