Minecraft Launcher Not Wanting To Boot Any Non-Vanilla Clients (fixed, somehow)

Minecraft Launcher Doesnt Want To Boot Up Any Non-Vanilla Clients, Such As Optifine, Fabric, and Forge, It Results in Exit Code 0,

Originally Found in 1.18.1, But also Crashes in Versions 1.18, 1.17.1, 1.17, 1.16.5, 1.16.4, I am not sure about versions under 1.16, though 1.8.9 works as intended)

Minecraft only boots up if its fully vanilla, as far as i know no issue has been reported to neither Optifine, Fabric, or Forge, So i would assume its a launcher problem

This issue can be overcome by using third party launchers such as Lunar Client, GDLauncher, etc.

Works Fine Today, No Clue What Actually Happened Last Time
