Minecraft lancher din't work

Excuse me, Mojang I downloaded Minecraft installer and launcher to my pc which was restored to factory setting. But that launcher didn't work when I login(sign in) to it. And There are not Minecraft launcher files in C of Prcogram Files(x86)

I downloaded these in 12/27
