So I have gamepass, and it will let me access windows edition, but not java

you can switch accounts, and you will be able to access gamepass games with out gamepass. my other account, has gamepass, and can access java, but my main cant? its weird, they both can access window Edison, but one can not access, i don't know why it happens, though.  it will not allow me to access the real version of java,
