Can't launch Minecraft Launcher

I have bought the Java edition of Minecraft, downloaded the Minecraft Launcher and installed it.

But when I start the Minecraft Launcher, nothing happens. Nothing at all.

In the Windows Event-log I see this (Norwegian text, sorry about that):

I have found a .dmp file and an installer log. They are attached.
