Minecraft Not Launching on Fresh Win11 Install

Completely unable to launch Mine craft on a brand new install of windows 11, have tried the new launcher from the Microsoft store as well as downloaded from the web, as well as Windows 7/8 version.

Got this error a while ago, but now after clicking "play" nothing shows up, and it ends up exiting with error code 0.
