New launcher gets stuck at loading screen while a game is being updated

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Wait for a Bedrock/Dungeons update to release;
2. Start downloading it;
3. Open the new launcher.

Observed Results:
The launcher never gets past the loading screen. Once the download is complete, it can be reopened and then it'll properly load.

Expected Results:
The launcher opens normally and waits for the update, while still allowing other games to be launched.

Notes: The old launcher is not affected and can be used as a workaround for launching Java Edition.
