Minecraft Crashes immediately after version load (Windows 11)

Whether loading 1.18 or 1.18.1 MC crashes immediately after attempt to load is performed. It was working last night, but not today. I've reverted back to a fresh install on the launcher & the MC versions with no mods and now the crash occurs on every attempt.
