Unable to login

My login info is correct, and it won't let me log in to my Mojang account. I know for a fact my information is correct, because this has happened twice before and I had to contact Mojang support about it. I have tried doing this on the Minecraft Launcher (new and old) and the Mojang website, and it won't let me log in.
