Can`t install Launcher

Hello dear Support,

 

I just bought Minecraft on my new Windows 11 Laptop and the Launcher isn´t installing. I downloaded the MinecraftInstaller.exe and clicked on it. The launcher opens and I can accept the license thing and click on install but nothing is happening after that. I tried it a lot of times now but nothing is changing.

I hope you guys can help me out.
