Error 0x87DD0005 on Login

Whenever trying to log in (after already logging in), I get Xbox error 0x87DD0005. The only fixes I've found are to uninstall, restart, install and log in again. This is a very tedious process and doesn't work 100% of the time. This affects all of my other Windows devices as well.
