Error starting louncher

 

What I expected to happen was...:
the game must start correctly

What actually happened was...:
the game does not start correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the louncher
2.start at 1.18 release candidate 3
3. then I get an error when starting the game with this message

 

The file could not be unzipped.
Error details: permission denied
