Can't download minecraft launcher

When I download minecraft and the minecraft installer is done it says couldn't download the app and gives me the error code 0x80073d02. I'm downloading from the offical minecraft.net website and the installer got downloaded but not the launcher when the downloader got run.

Latest windows 10 update and the lates nvidia drives.
