Windows 11 Minecraft Java Black Window upon opening Minecraft

The update to 1.18 Pre-release 5 has done something to the launcher that results in a black window of the launcher when I try to open Minecraft Java in Windows 11.

I have updated drivers, turned my antiviral off, and checked my settings, and still have the black screen. Please fix your launcher, as I have done all I reasonably can do to use the program you provide. I refuse to go back to the old launcher as your program should work, and I refuse to another third-party launcher because again, I paid for this program to work and it should work.
