Bedrock always in beta since updating to new Minecraft Launcher

Since updating to the Minecraft Launcher for Windows, bedrock has been sitting in beta. I have checked Xbox Insider Hub and I'm not signed up to beta. Bedrock was working perfectly fine with no problems before installing the new launcher, I have tried installing it from Microsoft Store itself and it's the same problem. I have attached a photo of Minecraft Bedrock with the Insider Hub showing what I mean.
