I can't open Minecraft Launcher, but i have the license

So, I downloaded, played for several days, and everything is fine, but today when I tried to enter a new launcher, I wrote "No corresponding licenses found for the application", although I played on the same launcher yesterday, and even more calmly I can open the old launcher.
