Error (0x89235172) wheb trying to lauch on windows 11

I am trying to install Minecraft java edition on to my sons windows 11 laptop and I get the following error code: (0x89235172).

What can done to resolve this issue?

Additionally, where do I go to see a record of this purchase. We used my sons MS login to pay for and download minecraft java edition.

I have now progressed passed the initial issue and have encountered a new one captured in the below screenshot
