Already bought the game, launcher does not recognise.

I already have one Account IGN: RageOFire

I bought a second account recently. However whenever i attempt to use the launcher to log in on that 2nd account, The launcher states i have not yet purchased the game. I visit manage account on the minecraft page and it states then same thing, When i go to purchase the game it allows me to press the button to purchase, but the the website immediately corrects itself and shows me my account details with username and options to choose a skin. 

If i refresh the page it returns to the default, without showing me having purchased the game.
